Refund policy
SECTION 1 – SCOPE
This policy governs all post-purchase requests relating to items bought from Dharmik Bharat Pvt. Ltd. (“Dharmik,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
SECTION 2 – NO REFUNDS
2.1 Final Sale. All sales are final. Dharmik does not issue refunds under any circumstances.
2.2 If you wish to receive a replacement for a defective or damaged item, refer to Section 3.
SECTION 3 – EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
3.1 24-Hour Window. You must submit an exchange request within twenty-four (24) hours of the recorded delivery time. Requests made after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.
3.2 Qualifying Issues. Exchanges are granted only for (a) products that arrive defective, (b) products damaged in transit, or (c) items shipped in error.
3.3 Mandatory Evidence. Your request must include:

A continuous unboxing video showing the parcel from the sealed state through to discovery of the defect or damage;

Clear photographs of the issue; and

A written description of the problem
3.4 Proper Condition. The item must be returned in its original, unused state with all tags, accessories, inserts and packaging intact.
SECTION 4 – EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
4.1 Initiation. Email contact@dharmikapp.in with the evidence listed in Section 3.3 and your order number.
4.2 Review. We will review your submission and respond within forty-eight (48) hours. Approval is at Dharmik’s sole discretion.
4.3 Return Shipment. If approved, you will receive instructions—and, where applicable, a prepaid return label—on how to send the item back. Items returned without prior approval will be refused.
4.4 Replacement Dispatch. A replacement item will be shipped once the returned product passes inspection. Dharmik reserves the right to substitute an item of equal value if the original product is unavailable.
4.5 Failure to Comply. Requests that (a) lack complete evidence, (b) miss the 24-hour deadline, or (c) involve items not in original condition will be denied.
SECTION 5 – NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or modifications by the customer are ineligible.
SECTION 6 – TITLE & RISK DURING RETURN
Title and risk of loss remain with you until the returned item is received and inspected by Dharmik.
