Shipping policy
SECTION 1 – COVERAGE & CARRIERS
1.1 Dharmik currently ships to all serviceable pincodes within India through reputed logistics partners such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, and other courier affiliates.
SECTION 2 – ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
2.1 Orders confirmed before 17:00 hours (IST) on a Business Day are dispatched within one (1) Business Day.
2.2 “Business Day” means Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
2.3 Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed on the next Business Day.
SECTION 3 – ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES
3.1 For most Indian addresses, standard shipping typically arrives within three (3) to seven (7) Business Days from dispatch. Remote or difficult-to-service locations may require additional time.
3.2 All delivery timelines are estimates only; Dharmik is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs processes, natural calamities, or events beyond our reasonable control.
SECTION 4 – SHIPPING CHARGES
4.1 Free Standard Shipping applies to pre-paid domestic orders with a merchandise value exceeding ₹ 999 (inclusive of taxes, net of discounts).
4.2 Orders below the free-shipping threshold and all Cash-on-Delivery (COD) shipments attract a delivery charge as displayed at checkout.
4.3 International orders incur shipping fees and—where applicable—customs duties, taxes, and import fees, all of which are payable by the recipient.
SECTION 5 – ORDER TRACKING
Registered customers may also monitor shipment progress in the “My Orders” section of their Dharmik account dashboard.
SECTION 6 – TITLE & RISK OF LOSS
6.1 Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you upon our hand-over of the shipment to the carrier.
6.2 Dharmik shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after this point; such claims must be pursued directly with the carrier.
SECTION 7 – DELIVERY ISSUES
7.1 If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not delivered within the expected timeframe, you must notify us at contact@dharmikapp.in within twenty-four (24) hours of the recorded delivery (or expected delivery) date, quoting your order number and photographic evidence where applicable.
7.2 Failure to report within the stipulated period may limit our ability to investigate or offer a resolution.
SECTION 8 – POLICY REVISIONS
Dharmik reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates take effect upon posting to this page and apply to all orders placed thereafter. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
